whee.. quite alot of things have happened lately.. even though we are still in the midst of prelims.. lol.. it seems like everyone has lost the momentum to study.. studying the same thing over and over again thrice! LOL.. explains for the large amount of hwachong ppl at orchard yesterday! HAHA
wah so tired after yesterday sia.. 7.5hrs in tt bomb shelter is no joke.. gonna have 2 more of such sessions! couldnt wake up this morning sia.. until my uncle's family was already at home when im still in dreamland.. LOL.. so paiseh =p and my cousins had more energy than me even though they just had a long long flight..
hmm.. just as i set my eyes on NUS's industrial engineering.. my dad doesnt allow me to take it D:.. 'engineering is for guys.. go take a course which alot of girls take la.. dun need to take difficult course.. enjoy your life in uni!'.. and now he wants me to take hospitality.. well the main reason why i wanna take engineering is cause there's alot of career prospects.. and since i dun really know what i wanna do yet.. its a wise choice to make.. and it helps tt i like physics.. actually i dun mind taking hospitality la.. seems quite fun.. but the thing abt it is that.. there are no good courses available in singapore.. so i will have to go overseas to pursue it.. how how how =/..
actually im quite surprised tt he's against my decision.. cause my mum was encouraging my sis to take engineering last yr.. and my dad seemed to be fine with it.. and now my dad is against me taking engineering.. and my mum seems to be fine with his decision too.. LOL!.. i guess it has been like tt since young.. my mum will make decisions for my sis.. while my dad makes decision for me.. and when it comes to my bro.. he can basically do whatever he wants.. HAHA.. explains why only my name was picked by my dad.. funny arrangement sia.. haha.. but oh well! he has been saying all the negative points abt engineering and all the plus points abt hospitality.. 'we can go to spain if you can get into hospitality!' HAHA WTH! tts such a big sacrifice! i rather do something which i like for 4 years than go for a trip.. stupid daddy =p.. nice try nice try.. dilemma sia.. thought engineering was a natural choice cause my whole family takes it =.=.. including both my parents..
and another funnier thing.. 'cynthia.. go take modelling during your 6 months break after A lvls.. its good practice.. and the money is good too!' HAHA OMG.. my dad was just flipping the newspapers and he said tt.. then he commented tt i look like angmoh so i can take.. LOL which part of me looks angmoh!!! my bro is the one who looks angmoh when he was small xD he seriously had brownish hair leh.. no idea why! maybe its just the lighting.. but he was really really cute xD OMG.. cause my dad compiled the photos when we were still small.. and showed it to us a few days ago.. maybe i should upload his photo here someday if i can get hold it.. and i looked like a SMALL LITTLE BOYYYYY!!! HAHAH.. OMG i really cant believe it.. =p.. everyone couldnt stop laughing at me la D:.. but oh well it was fun =) MY DAD HAD COOLIO HAIR WHEN HE WAS YOUNG.. and saw his photo when he was ONE YR OLD xD HAHA!

haha..wah.. my house is so crowded today xD.. my uncle and his family came over.. to stopover.. cause they are going to PARIS tonight! OH MANNN I WANNA GO TOOOOOO D:.. i think my cousins are really really lucky.. their family v sweet sia.. really look up to my uncle and my aunt for being such great parents.. just last yr.. 2 of my uncles and their family went to new zealand! and stopped over in singapore to visit us.. a few months back.. they went again to bali.. and now they are going to paris! OMG.. how lucky can they get..
we were supposed to go new zealand with them last yr de lor.. but then my parents were busy D:.. then this yr end.. there are plans to go to SPAIN :D.. cause we got invited by my dad's friend.. who is going there with his family as well.. omg.. *prays hard tt its gonna happen*.. we havnt had a full family holiday trip for v long le! genting in june.. my dad wasnt around.. went to china in sec 2.. and my sis wasnt around cause she went to london for school trip.. think the last one was when i was 10? when we went to america!.. rmb tt we used to travel every yr when we were little.. but now my parents so busy sia D:.. with all the problems at work.. seems like chances of going are slim..
and my mum just came together.. my dad is coming tmr :D shall go ask him abt the trip tmr :D.. but if nvr go also nvm la.. cause MY DAD PROMISED TO TAKE ME OVERSEAS DURING THE 6 MONTHS BREAK AFTER A LEVELS :D:D:D wheeee.. while my siblings are studying.. muaha.. love my daddy <333 he brought my sis to malaysia to watch f1 the other time.. im gonna make sure tt we dun end up in malaysia again.. think it'll be a short trip though.. if it were longer.. i'll beg him to go to japan already =p.. *DADDY HINT HINT*

let me tell you something really scary tt happened this morning..
*alarm rings at 6 oclock* (i usually dun set alarm btw).. i sat up.. and literally stoned a while.. *cricket cricket*.. something was wrong.. NOONE IN THE HOUSE WAS AWAKE!!! OMG! first time it ever happened in my 18 years of life.. and i swear tts the scariest thing tt can ever happen okay.. imagine A lvl.. you just skip one paper cause you overslept.. thank god i on my alarm.. i really dunno why i decided to on my alarm last night.. close shave eh.. so thankful man.. i swear im gonna on my alarm for every exam from now on..
whee i just wasted my whole day away again! guess everyone is in the holiday mood le.. after frying their brains for econs and math.. econs was seriously tiring.. but im glad tt i went for tuition la.. first time i entered the exam hall actually knowing a little of econs knowledge.. usually i just go in and just zham whatever i can rmb even if it doesnt apply at all! cause i dun even know the concepts!! xD HAHAHA.. i really wonder how i managed to pass for previous papers.. i dun even dare look at my answers xD.. but my micro still cmi.. and my case study was uhh??? okay until now i still dunno whether the S$ appreciated or depreciated for case study 2 =.=..
math.. i found it surprisingly managable.. BUTTT yours truly smartly nvr practice enough..so i always get stuck halfway.. prove tt its a max area.. mine became min area xD.. zzz.. i expected it to be tougher la.. but aiyahhh =.= nvm still got paper 2!

我终于想通了 =).. i guess everything in this world happens for a reason.. no matter how annoying and unfair things may seem to get.. there are still things to smile about =).. im quite thankful for all the things tt happened..cause i know tt things could have gotten alot worse if not for all tt happened.. although im a free thinker.. but i believe tt our future has been lined up for us =).. the small obstacles along the way are only there to let you learn how to appreciate what you will have in the future..
i guess tts how the world goes round.. for all the people around you.. regardless of how nice or nasty they can get.. each and everyone of them will teach you a valuable lesson in life.. all we have to do is embrace them and accept the things as they come along.. well at the end of the day.. it still depends on how you deal with situations that determines how successful you will get in life..
in everything.. i think the most important thing is to 对得起自己 and live your life without any regrets =)
so yup! the world is a brighter place than what some of us thought it to be.. its just up to us whether we want to appreciate it =)
on a side note.. i shall continue to jog for half an hour everyday xD i think it really helps in keeping our spirits up =) and yeah keep fit! and grow fatter! whoo! im always hungry after exercising =p
